If you ever need to talk I'm here and my sexual experience happened to be with a close friend so you never know your partner could be right there in front of you, you just need to really look at these people and test them maybe a kiss when you say hello and goodbye and throw in a hug when you meet them unexpectedly and sound surprised if they are uncomfortable with the hug she is not the one.
Just keep trying eventually she will reveal herself to you (most times it is the person you least suspect).
You could also try bars just sit and watch somone may catch your eye.
