ok I'm going to take a guess here and assume that you're uncircumcised and that the skin is still a bit tight.  As you gain more sexual experience the foreskin will loosen up.  Your foreskin should ideally slide down past the head. You can loosen it yourself.  Although I found the best thing to do this was sex. 

Still even with the foreskin up sex should still be enjoyable just relax.
